Michigan legislators recently passed a pair of laws that have the Michigan Education Association seeing red.
Last week, lawmakers passed a bill prohibiting schools from “initiating, creating, or contributing to the formation or administration of any labor organization,” reports MLive.com. In other words, they can no longer deduct union dues from employees paychecks.
